From the South
Take I-87, the New York State Thruway, North to Exit 23. At Exit 23, get on I-787 north to Route 7 East. Follow directions to the SBRL (below).
From the East
From I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike, Berkshire Spur of the New York Thruway), take Exit B1. Continue West (13.5 miles) to the Exit for I-787. Take I-787 North to Route 7 East. Follow directions to the SBRL (below).
From the West
Take I-90, the New York State Thruway, to Exit 24. From Exit 24, continue onto I-90 East. Exit onto I-787 North. Take I-787 North to Route 7 East. Follow directions to the SBRL (below).
Directions to SBRL
From Route 7 East, follow over bridge all the way to first traffic light (8th St.). Turn right onto 8th Street. Going South on 8th street, go straight through 1 traffic light, then 1 stop sign. The Winslow Building is the only non-residential structure on the right, a large red brick building with a parking lot on the North side.
Parking Instructions
Follow 8th Street South past the Winslow Building until you come to Congress Street(Rt. 2). At the stop sign take a right. Immediately after the turn, take your very next right into the Rensselaer County Office Building parking lot. Proceed through the lot, passing the Office building on your left. As you pass the building, bear right and drive up the ramp leading towards the RPI Memorial Stairs. Park your vehicle near this staircase, and walk up the Memorial Approach to 8th Street, the Winslow Building will be in view to your upper left. When you get up to 8th street, walk North along the sidewalk, and come around the North side of the Winslow Building. Enter the SBRL through the double glass doors on the North side of the Winslow Building.
